Mr. Nikos Tokas is a Production and Management Engineer from Democritus University of Thrace. He contributes as a research assistant at the Laboratory of Geoinformatics in the department of Spatial Planning and Development Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He focuses in the development and software programming of algorithms, specifically designed to tackle engineering problems and contribute in further research. He has developed algorithms using numerical methods to solve linear systems with sparse matrices for fluid and solid simulations, as well as algorithms of computational intelligence, computer vision and other fields of engineering.
