ARTIFIGEN

The implementation of the ARTIFIGEN project aims to integrate chatbots into higher education, offering personalized learning experiences, supporting educators with guidance tools, encouraging community engagement, and promoting the ethical use of this technology. This enhances access to quality education, empowers both learners and educators, fosters innovation in teaching practices, and contributes to the digital transformation of education.
To achieve the project’s objectives, several activities will be carried out, including:
User requirements analysis to explore and understand user needs and preferences.
  • Ethical analysis of chatbot usage and related technologies.
  • Technical development for integrating chatbots and a guidance toolkit.
  • Pilot testing and feedback to ensure a user-centered system.
  • Dissemination, utilization, and sustainability of the project.
The project outcomes will include:
  • An online platform connected to a chatbot, serving as a central hub for consulting and utilizing the most effective conversational robots.
  • An educational guidance toolkit offering training, mentorship, and resources for educators, integrating chatbots into teaching practices.
  • Discussion forums and chat rooms to promote community engagement and knowledge-sharing.
  • An ethics guide providing guidelines for the responsible and ethical use of chatbot technology in education.

 

LABGEO’s role:

AUTH is responsible for leading WP4 (Pilot tests and feedback), ensuring deadlines and milestones are met while monitoring overall progress.
AUTH will prepare documentation on Pilot test procedures and feedback design and coordinate field tests for the system mock-up and prototypes with the involved partners.
For WP2 (User Requirements, ethical issues and front-end), AUTH will actively participate in user requirement analysis, conducting surveys to identify user needs based on the guidelines provided.
