Alliance4XR: Revolutionizing Education with Extended Reality
In Larnaca, Cyprus, the European project Alliance4XR, funded by Erasmus+, was unveiled. Bringing together 13 partners from 8 countries, it aims to revolutionize #education by integrating Extended Reality (#XR) technologies. Over the next 3 years, the project will develop a validated #methodology to incorporate XR into teaching across Europe. Through close #collaboration, the partners will empower university professors and vocational instructors to leverage XR in the classroom, bridging the gap between #academia and industry to meet the demand for skilled professionals.
Laboratory of Geoinformatics | Aristotle University of Thessaloniki had the opportunity to participate in the Kick-Off meeting of this cutting-edge digital skills project, as the Work Package Leader on the development of training curricula and as the coordinator of Higher Education Institutions of the project.
