Advancing Remote Work Research: R-MAP Project EU’s 3rd Project Meeting in Guildford, UK.
We are excited to share that Laboratory of Geoinformatics – LabGeo / Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης as the Project Coordinator successfully participated in the 3rd Project Meeting at the University of Surrey on the 6th of March 2025!
During the meeting, the project partners had the opportunity to present their achievements and progress, focusing on:
• Understanding #remote #working trends through a comprehensive literature review and in-depth interviews with a range of experts.
• Collecting full data from 20,013 participants sharing their perceptions of remote working.
• Finalizing the R-Map conceptual #model to provide a framework for assessing the spatial, economic and social impacts of remote working.
• Development of the R-Map #platform architecture to provide interactive tools to explore the dynamics of remote working.
• Strategic next steps for research, stakeholder engagement and policy impact.
